Today sees the launch of Pearson’s new brand identity, and the culmination of several months’ collaboration with the world’s leading learning company. To support its transition from educational print publisher to a digital and services-led learning business, Pearson needed a new master brand to help it stand out from the competition, unify its broad and diverse portfolio of products and services, and serve as an anchor for its 40,000 employees worldwide.
As lead creative partner, we’ve worked closely with Pearson’s brand team and a host of collaborators. Our work has spanned everything from brand architecture and strategy, to the development of the vibrant and practical new identity, and its expression across a wealth of materials for launch and beyond.
It’s been an immense project and we’re delighted with the results. And it’s not over yet – far from it. We’ve been appointed brand design agency on an ongoing basis, so we’ll be supporting the rollout across Pearson’s global portfolio over the next two years.
